Product Owner/Project Manager

  • Worked with 15+ clients on custom reports based on their business and technology needs, showcasing the ability to build relationships with clients as well as always producing high-quality work in addition to ensuring clear scope and measurements of success for each project initiative that can be effectively documented and communicated.

  • Drafted and delivered Statement of Work (SOW) proposals that were executed on 15+ client projects. Improved business decisions for respective clients by generating data insights via Power BI as well as weekly/quarterly reports for respective clients, showcasing the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders’ requirements and progress towards strategic initiatives and completion of tasks.

  • Solely owned 15+ projects for specific customers/clients, which included extensive communication, meetings, highlighting key deliverables and initiatives, and planning between Chameleon’s internal data team and the respective client, guaranteeing execution and follow-through on client requests within 2-week sprints via Jira.

  • Successfully used the Agile Project Management (APM) method to deliver data solutions and reports to clients. Worked on all Chameleon’s data projects from the beginning to the end, developing knowledge and expertise on every stage of project management from root cause analyses and ideation to execution and on-going reiteration.

  • Gained a solid understanding of vertical analytics as well as the client’s vision through deep dive analysis by asking business process questions, including pain points, and reporting requests, and developing business cases, which ultimately lead to creating and compiling operation, data, and reports maps for the client. Maintained compliance process documentation for each client.  

  • Planned and lead Scrum meetings everyday with the data team, followed up by setting up tasks using Jira and Confluence for each member, and initiated monthly ideation meetings to discuss product development, process optimization, and new ideas.

  • Initiated a two-fold verification process on quality assurance. Gathered feedback, drove bug fixes, and changes as needed for the client under SOW parameters or through subscription package deals, while ensuring data collection and change logs were up to date.

  • Built and developed sales and marketing campaigns such as slicks and videos for Chameleon’s product via MailChimp, Salesforce, and on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn), which lead to an 80% increase in customers/clients and overall sales.

  • Identified a gap in our internal sales program, thus created, developed, and supervised the rotational Sales, Recruiting, and Data training programs for seven interns, which lead to four full-time offers and acceptances. Created activity reports via Power BI, tying to Salesforce data to ensure sales goals and results are met by the intern team.

Junior Data Analyst

  • Further analyzed the Ops Map created to understand requirements and created the Data Map to further understand data sources.

  • Initiated and drove field mapping analysis of all data sources needed in Report Map and wrote the data dictionary in the Data Map.

  • Project Manager: Managed a team of six. Created and developed a new internal management process, involving hiring and training, giving the client a system for on-boarding new hires, and initiated their marketing campaign, gaining client traction on social media.

  • Business Strategy Consultant: Collaborated on a consulting project where we created catering management plans, developed an entirely new website, increased their viewers by 10%, established a new loyalty program implementation, provided benefits for their customers via referrals, and incorporated a new POS system that increased their efficiency at store locations.
